Boiler Service and Maintenance

Annual boiler servicing is an important part of boiler and heating system maintenance. It’s a safety check and will check the condition and performance of your appliance to ensure it’s operating at peak performance, as well as making sure any seals, gaskets or the heat exchanger aren’t showing any signs of wear and tear. Your engineer will also check that other parts of your heating system – such as your flue – is operating correctly and safely.

Plumbing Repairs

Faulty toilet and cold water tanks systems.
Blocked drain, sink or toilets.
Leaking pipe.
Faulty radiators or taps.

Landlord gas safety checks

The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations state that landlords must only use a Gas Safe registered engineer for maintenance and safety checks on gas equipment.
Annual gas safety inspections including servicing appliances.
Issue CP12 gas safety certificate.
